Join us for an immersive journey into the world of cannabis baking! In this class you'll discover the art and science of infusing cannabis into butter. Whether you're a culinary enthusiast or simply curious about the world of edibles; this class is designed to provide you with the knowledge and skills to create safe, enjoyable, and delectable cannabis-infused treats. This class will focus on butter infusions and baking techniques. We will also touch on terpenology and paring of strains and flavors. This is a basic skills class for the beginner cannabis baker.

Requirements: Participants must be of legal age for cannabis consumption in New York State (at least 21 years old). Prior culinary experience is helpful but not required.
This class will be presented in the studio kitchen in the Cakery. You will learn tips and tricks that can be easily replicated at home. This demonstration style class will have time for questions while you watch a live cooking show. There will be sampling and you can bring bring your beverage of choice.
Class fees are non-refundable, but you may gift your seat away to a friend if for any reason you cannot attend. This class is designed for adults age 21+.
