This moist spiced cake is the perfect spring time treat. Learn the history and lore that surround this tropical favorite. I will also show you how to make the beautiful "flowers" to top it off!

This presentation style class will show you first hand how we make the fruity cake . From mixing the batter, to baking, frosting, decorating (and eating of course), you will learn all the steps to make this delicious cake.

This class will be presented in the studio kitchen in the Cakery. You will learn tips and tricks that can be easily replicated at home. This demonstration style class will have time for questions while you watch a live cooking show. There will be sampling and you can bring bring your beverage of choice.

Class fees are non-refundable, but you may gift your seat away to a friend if for any reason you cannot attend.
