Not only Irish eyes will be smiling when they see a fresh loaf of this delicious bread coming out of the oven.

This presentation style class will show you first hand how we make our popular Irish soda bread, all while filling you in on the folklore and superstitions. From mixing to shaping and baking (and eating of course), you will learn all the steps to make this traditional treat. Each class participant will receive a fresh loaf of our soda bread to take home for their St. Patrick's feast.

This class will be presented in the studio kitchen in the Cakery. You will learn tips and tricks that can be easily replicated at home. This demonstration style class will have time for questions while you watch a live cooking show. There will be sampling and you can bring bring your beverage of choice.

Class fees are non-refundable, but you may gift your seat away to a friend if for any reason you cannot attend.
